What is Pop Up Bookkeeping?
Pop Up Bookkeeping is a partner of Pop Up Books. Available to members of Pop Up Books only, a private Facebook support group. This service offers a one on one virtual experience. Using a special software to access your computer allowing you to have a more personal involvement in your bookkeeping needs. This doesn't allow your bookkeeper to have access to confidential user names and passwords for your accounts. It includes monthly, quarterly, or yearly bookkeeping based on sales levels.
How you file matters.
Schedule C Filers: The bookkeeper would meet with you monthly, quarterly or yearly based on your needs and/or budget. This is all completed while you watch on your computer screen setting up software(s), calculate and complete maintenance of your accounts. Quickbooks Self Employed is commonly used here.
Corporations: The bookkeeping meets with one on one through your computer, pulling records as needed each month. Access to your Quickbooks Online account would be necessary. The bookkeeper then maintains, reconciles and reports back to the client once completed. Quarterly hour meetings are scheduled to review, provide coaching and recommendations.
